The location is great. Breakfast blew me away with a fantastic spread every morning and the friendly restaurant staff went out of their way to be helpful. The pool area was good. I appreciated the nice outdoor dining vibe, especially with the turtles and crocodiles adding a unique touch. I did face a challenge extending my stay. The reception was a bit unhelpful on that front, disappointing. A lovely stay, but a few areas could be polished.

I really enjoyed its comfortable and top location!
This place was perfect for us, can recommend. The hotel was clean with helpful staff in both the property and banquet services. Location: the hotel was so close to the pond filled with fish, group corporate and 2 restaurants nearby, the Four Seasons Bistro, or Steaks and Grills.

I really enjoyed my recent stay, especially the delicious food and the lovely pool area that were perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The garden area also provided a nice spot to relax and soak up some sun. Just a heads up, the TV setup didn't connect to streaming services, but it didn't ruin my experience at all. 😊

The staff were just so sweet and really helped me out, always smiling. The gym was kinda basic but did the job. My room was nice and comfy, felt pretty chill overall. Plus, they let me check out late which was amazin! Super helpful receptionists too, they sorted me a taxi which was reliable.

Comfortable stay in a cool atmosphere
Had a comfy 3-night getaway in an upgraded room. The poolside area was super chill. The breakfast was spot on, but the coffee could be better. And I noticed the decor in the restaurant felt a bit off. Still, the people were friendly and the vibe was nice.

The Southern provided an excellent experience with its immaculate rooms, convenient location for the Lusaka CBD and airport, and excellent dining options. The dinner I enjoyed was good despite the restaurant being busy, highlighting the capability of the service staff. The hotel also features three mid-size meeting rooms equipped with projectors and natural lighting, ideal for business events.
The room I stayed in faced the road, which occasionally let in some traffic noise.
